In our ongoing effort to deliver court-approved mortgage capacity reports for each and every stage of a financial separation, we’re pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new Indicative Mortgage Capacity Assessment.
This new service provides the ‘brief indicative material’ required by court at the first hearing and does so with the benefit of an instant turnaround time. Our indicative report briefly details a person’s capacity to mortgage. The report is designed by a qualified Mortgage Capacity Expert in conjunction with a Barrister specialising in family law and finance for peace of mind.
The indicative mortgage capacity report is generated instantly online upon completion of our form and is priced at only £149 per person. It includes details of borrowing capabilities assuming hard and soft debts remain outstanding along with any changes if the same debts are repaid.
We were one of the very first organisations to offer Mortgage Capacity Assessments and have been providing our expert service for over ten years. We’re proud to continue to lead the way in this space with this new offering, not currently available anywhere else.
Natasha Palmer, Director and Mortgage Capacity Expert said: “This new report has been a long time in the making; I’ve worked closely with Barristers and within the framework of court requirements to ensure we deliver precisely what’s required for the first hearing. To be able to offer this with an instant turnaround time too is the icing on the cake.”
